I shot this video for the Culinary School of the Rockies as they wanted to promote their sponsorship and involvement with the LAB at Belmar, a contemporary art gallery known for their quirky exhibits and dynamic public forums.
The Taste Test series is in its second year. It kicked off with Chocolate and the other three topics in the series are Sugar, Green Chiles and Pizza. Based on how well this one went I wish that I could have had a ticket to all four but alas, they sell out very quickly.
